Springs Rd. GPS N40.25.969 W077.02.897 Directions to the Jam from Downtown Harrisburg: Travel north on Second Street. Turn right on Market Street. Continue straight for several blocks and go under the underpass. Turn left onto Cameron Street. Continue north until you see signs for Route 22/322 West. Take Route 22/322 West along the Susquehanna River for twelve miles. Exit left at the Duncannon exit, which is just across the Clarks Ferry bridge. Once across another smaller bridge and under the Duncannon Subway, make a right onto Route 849 West. Go 2.9 miles and turn left on to Sulphur Springs Road. The farm is on the corner of 849 and Sulphur Springs Road. Follow signs to parking. Directions from Route 81: From the North: Take 81 South to route 22/322 West toward Lewistown. Follow Route 22/322 West 12.2 miles. Exit Left at the Duncannon exit, which is just across the Clarks Ferry bridge. Once across another smaller bridge and under the Duncannon Subway, make a right turn onto Route 849 West. Go 2.9 miles and turn left on to Sulphur Springs Road. The farm is on the corner of 849 and Sulphur Springs Road. Follow signs to parking. From
the South: Take 81 North to Route 22/322 West toward Lewistown. Directions coming from DC/MD/VA: Take Route 15 North to Camp Hill. Exit at Route 581 North toward Harrisburg. Continue toward Harrisburg, at the end of the bridge take the Exit 43 (2 nd Street/Capitol). At the end of the ramp at the stoplight make an immediate hard right. Go over bridge, down hill, and make a left at the stoplight onto Cameron Street. Continue using directions from Downtown Harrisburg above. Directions from RT15 Take Route 15 North to Duncannon. At the exit, turn right and right again under the overpass. Continue through Duncannon, past the Sled Works, to RT 849. Turn left on RT849. Continue for approximately 3.5 miles. Turn left on Sulphur Springs Rd. Follow the signs for parking. |
